1. Scope of Agreement


Welcome to the official online store of clockwiseclothing. These Terms of Service govern all users who browse this website, register accounts, place orders, and purchase our footwear and matching apparel products. By accessing the site, registering an account, or submitting a purchase order, you fully acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally agree to all provisions contained herein. If you disagree with any clause within these terms, you must cease all use of our website services immediately. This document constitutes a legally binding online transaction agreement between clockwiseclothing and consumers. Our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy are supplementary supporting documents that carry equal legal validity alongside these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration & User Conduct Rules


  1. When registering an account, you must submit genuine and valid personal contact information including full name, email address, delivery address and contact phone number. All submitted information will only be used for order fulfillment and after-sales communication, and will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Registering with fake identities or information belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. Once verified, we reserve the right to freeze your account, cancel all unshipped orders without compensation.
  2. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login password and payment verification credentials. Any financial losses, order issues or property damages caused by password leakage, account sharing or lost personal devices shall be borne entirely by the account holder. If you detect unauthorized login activity, you must contact customer support immediately to lock your account.
  3. All accounts are for personal non-commercial use only. Bulk account registration, account resale, order brushing, malicious returns, false negative reviews and fraudulent claims are prohibited. We may permanently ban violating accounts and reserve the right to claim compensation for resulting losses.

3. Order & Payment Regulations


  1. Our store only supports online payment via mainstream international credit cards, including standard credit cards and charge cards. Cash on delivery, in-store self-pickup, offline cash transfers and offline third-party top-ups are not available. All credit card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS certified encrypted payment gateways. Sensitive payment details such as full card numbers, expiration dates and CVV codes are transmitted under full encryption. Our backend system will not permanently store complete confidential card data; only desensitized transaction records are retained for financial reconciliation purposes.
  2. Orders will only enter warehouse preparation after full successful credit card payment. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled by the system after a set period, and reserved inventory will be released without notification. After payment confirmation, an order confirmation email with order number, product details, total charges and estimated preparation timeline will be sent to your registered mailbox. You must verify all information promptly. Any corrections to address, size or style must be submitted before shipment; no order modifications will be accepted once items have been dispatched.
  3. All displayed product prices are base retail prices exclusive of cross-border import duties, local customs clearance fees and additional inspection charges. All such customs-related fees shall be fully covered by the recipient. Discounts, storewide promotions and coupon offers are only valid within their specified activity periods and cannot be stacked. The final payable amount is subject to the actual credit card deduction shown on your checkout page.
  4. Limited-edition and collaborative footwear lines apply single-user purchase limits. We reserve the right to cancel any orders exceeding purchasing caps without prior notice, with full funds refunded to your original credit card account in accordance with our standard refund processing timeline.

4. Product Information & Inventory Disclaimer


All product images, size charts, material descriptions and color displays on the website are official studio shots and standard specifications. Minor visual differences caused by screen color calibration, lighting and device display variations do not qualify as product defects. Inventory data updates in real time, and stock shortages or size outages may occur after successful payment. If stock is unavailable, our support team will contact you via email to provide two options: wait for restock and delayed shipment, or receive a full refund processed back to your original payment card. You may select either solution freely.

5. Prohibited Website Behaviors


Users are forbidden from utilizing crawlers, automated scripts or bulk scraping tools to extract product data and pricing; posting abusive, infringing, false or illegal comments; harassing customer service agents; fabricating damaged product evidence for fraudulent after-sales claims; or misappropriating our brand trademarks and product images for commercial resale. Violations will result in restricted website access and removal of unlawful content. Severe breaches will be reported to relevant local regulatory authorities.

6. Policy Amendments & Dispute Resolution

Updated clauses will be posted at the bottom of our official website, and continued website use constitutes acceptance of revised terms. All transaction disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation with our customer service team. If mutual agreement cannot be reached, all disputes shall be governed by local consumer protection laws in the brand’s registered jurisdiction.
